Can I have electricity?

• We will not be providing electricity this year. If this is a show-stopper for you, please reach out to Jonathon to discuss further.

Rain Policy?

• Jolly Pumpkin Days is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued due to weather unless Jolly Acres cancels the event.
  
  If severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control require the event to be canceled, vendors may receive:

• • A full refund,
  • Credit toward a future Jolly Acres event, or
  • A rescheduled event date, at the discretion of Jolly Acres.

Setup Time?

• Vendors must be set up by 11am Saturday and cannot leave early without permission.

Refund Policy?

• Vendor booth fees reserve a space specifically for your business and help cover the costs of planning and operating Jolly Pumpkin Days.

  • 30 or more days before the event: Full refund, less a $10 processing fee.
  • 14–29 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Less than 14 days before the event: No refunds.
  • No-shows: No refunds.

  Vendor spaces are transferable to another approved vendor only with prior written approval from Jolly Acres.

License Requirements?

• Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required Ohio licenses or permits.

Insurance Requirements?

• All vendors must provide homeowners insurance policy listing liability coverage. 
• Vendors are highly encouraged to carry a minimum $1,000,000 general liability policy.
  • A proof of insurance, perferably a Certificate of Insurance naming Jolly Acres, LLC as an Additional Insured, must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to event (failure to provide is a forfeiture of application fee).

Product Restrictions?

• Counterfeit goods, weapons, illegal items, and anything inconsistent with the family-friendly atmosphere are prohibited.

Vendor Removal:

• Jolly Acres reserves the right to ask a vendor to leave without refund if they:

  • Sell items not approved in their application.
  • Fail to comply with event rules or safety requirements.
  • Engage in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
